'Real Men Sing Acapella' Four-Week Program

Plainsboro, NJ—The Garden Statesmen, Central Jersey's premier men's a cappella chorus, is excited to announce its upcoming "Real Men Sing Acapella" program. This free, four-week event is designed for men who love singing and wish to experience the joy of four-part a cappella harmony. Participants will learn new vocal techniques and connect with fellow music enthusiasts.

 

Program Details:

• Dates: Tuesdays, October 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th

• Time: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• Location: The Plainsboro Recreation & Community Center, Rooms A&B, 641 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro, NJ

 

Program Highlights:

​

• Harmonizing: Participants will receive assistance in determining their voice part, be provided with music and learning materials for two songs, gain personalized vocal evaluations, and apply their skills in a performance alongside the Garden Statesmen for family and friends.

• Socializing: Attendees will have the chance to make new friends who share a love for singing, meet men from various backgrounds, explore the possibility of joining the Garden Statesmen, and enjoy post-rehearsal gatherings.

• Energizing: Singing offers stress relief and joy. The Garden Statesmen's repertoire is upbeat and family-friendly, ensuring participants have fun while honing their skills.

 

Whether you're an experienced singer or someone who enjoys singing in the shower, this program offers a welcoming environment to explore the excitement of four-part harmony and the camaraderie of making music together.
